The perfect southern Wisconsin Spring day in Middleton, Pheasant Branch Conservancy


Mini session marathons are so much fun to do! On Easter this year I decided to host a little Mommy and me mini event for all the beautiful mommas out there who wanted to get some pictures down with their little ones.  With Mother’s Day just around the corner it was the perfect time to get out into the Spring sunshine and take some great images of the love shared between Moms and their babies! This event may be over, but there will be plenty of other mini session events in the future for Faith Harbour Photography! And there is no bad time to get family photos done! 

The wind was the only downside to the whole day, as we Midwesterners say, it would have been a perfect day if it hadn’t been so windy out! But that did not stop these beautiful ladies and their little ones from having a great time at their sessions on this blustery day in April.  The background of the conservancy was the perfect setting for the Mommy and Me sessions, bringing a prairie charm with the naked trees in the background.  The blue sky brought some amazing color to the images and the grass was just starting to turn towards green! It couldn’t have been a better day! Well it could have been warmer, but in Wisconsin you have to take what you can get and above 40 degrees is pretty good if you ask me!
